Professional Self-Relaxation Techniques (Audio)

We would love to share something that has helped us cope with the stresses of a hectic working life. One of our kind supporters has created and donated to us a 20-minute self-relaxation, imagery and hypnosis recording. Dr Wolgroch is a chartered psychologist in the UK with over 30 years clinical experience internationally. He has given lectures in psychological medicine and authored professional articles and books on the topic.

'I have extracted the most effective techniques of relaxation, imagery and self-hypnosis, and integrated them into one 20-minute recording that is used clinically to teach people stress-reduction techniques. Listening to the tape will help you achieve a deep level of relaxation. With practice, you should be able to acquire these skills and achieve relaxation without having to listen to the tape.'
